You consistently took whatever time was needed to make sure my questions were answered completely. I knew what to expect at every stage of the process. I knew what my options were.     You were proactive in alerting me to anything that might create waves in the smooth flow of mortgage approval process. And even though most of those things never came to pass, it was always good to know ahead of time what might happen. Your periodic phone calls just to let me know what was going on behind the scenes were also welcomed.

    Hi Joe,
    I am happy that my real estate agent referred me to you. Over the months following the referral I got to know you as a mortgage specialist, a business professional, an Orlando area expert, and as a friend. Over the course of my business relationship with you and my agent, not everything went perfectly. We ran into several challenges in the homes that we looked at, communities that concerned us, and many other questions associated with buying a piece of property from out of state. For each question there was a very timely answer - either over the phone or by e-mail.
    As for the loan options, you e-mailed me and explained each of our loan options in great detail, which was very important to us because of the endless mortgage scams we read about. On several occasions, once again, you were available to answer follow-up questions about each of the loan options. As our transaction approached closing, the butterfly’s kicked in. During this time I was aware of your schedule on a daily basis, I called your cell phone on numerous occasions - a couple times during the dinner hour - and you always picked-up! You may think of it as normal business, Joe, but there are many, many, people out there that turn their phone off when they leave the office. I was always grateful that you were there to answer my questions.
    Our closing was accomplished totally by mail. You arranged to have all of the paperwork delivered to our home in plenty of time to get back to the title company for closing, informed me of everything that I needed to know about the wire transfer of funds to the closing company, and basically held my hand the entire way. My wife and I appreciate your efforts very much, and look forward to our upcoming move to Leesburg, Florida.
